Starward New World Whisky tasting – as part of World Whisky Month at Banchō

We’re very excited to be hosting our first Australian whisky tasting this month with Melbourne’s pioneering new world whisky distillery Starward Whisky.
Join us and Starward Whisky brand ambassador Lachie Beange for a deep dive into the Australian brand, which is renowned for its red wine barrel aged whiskies using hyper-local ingredients.
Enjoy a whisky highball with Starward’s Two Fold blended whisky on arrival and then an in-depth tasting of:
– Starward Nova single malt;
– Starward Fortis single malt;
– Starward Vitalis single malt – the limited release 15th anniversary bottling;
– (the cult-status and impossible-to-get) Starward Ginger Beer Cask #7 single malt; and
– Starward Munich Malt – a very rare, small batch release showcasing one of their earliest malt experiments.
